Shipping and Returns

Shipping
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. After shipment, customers will be updated with an email and a tracking number.
Please note that when placing an order with a pre-order item, the order will ship together once the pre-order item has come back in stock.
Customs and import taxes are buyer responsibility.
 
Returns
Charlerie is happy to offer full returns (minus shipping charges). If you are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out to us at support@charlerie.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Return shipping cost will be buyer responsibility - purchase a label with tracking through your preferred carrier (at this time we will only accept returns dropped off via carrier service). Please note that Charlerie is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Returns must be shipped within 10 days of receiving your order for a full refund back onto the original payment method. Returns shipped after 10 days will be issued a store credit. After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns.
All items must be returned in their original state with no signs of wear. All sales items are nonrefundable.
If your package shows delivered, but you have not received it please reach out to USPS Customer Service at 1 (800) 275-8777.  Due to privacy concerns, Charlerie cannot reach out to USPS on behalf of the customer. USPS will allow you to file a claim.

If you live in an area with a high risk of package theft, please reach out to us when you place your order to request a "signature required" delivery.

Order Cancellations
All orders (including pre-order) are FINAL - we do not accept order cancellations as we work to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please ensure you are certain before submitting your order.
